TeamCPNZ

TeamCPNZ have designed custom training magazines for Run Akaroa nourished by Akaroa King Salmon.

 

The training magazines are built specifically for this event and each of the event distances. They will guide your training so you can progressively build your running so you are ready to go for race day.  The training plans sit alongside other key information such as tapering, developing your plan for the day and managing your training to fit with your other commitments.
