Run Akaroa is operating under a Traffic Management Plan. We are very excited to have Summit Road restricted for the event and this means there are some specific rules around how competitors will get to each start line. Read the information carefully to ensure you understand the drop-off process and you can make an informed decision about how you plan to get to your race start.
Competitors are able to catch a bus from Christchurch to their particular start line for only $49pp.
Buses will be departing at 7:00am and will be traveling from Christchurch to Summit Road, dropping competitors to the relevant start lines.
After the event the buses will bring you back to Christchurch. Buses will be departing Akaroa at 4:15pm (after the Prize Giving) and will have you back in the city at approximately 5:45pm.
