BUS + START LINE INFORMATION

Run Akaroa is operating under a Traffic Management Plan. We are very excited to have Summit Road restricted for the event and this means there are some specific rules around how competitors will get to each start line. Read the information carefully to ensure you understand the drop-off process and you can make an informed decision about how you plan to get to your race start.

Competitors are able to leave their car in Little River and catch a bus to their particular start line. 

Buses will be departing at 8:10am and will be traveling along Summit Road, dropping competitors to the relevant start lines.

After the event the buses will bring you back to your vehicle in Little River. Buses will be departing Akaroa at 4:15pm (after the Prize Giving) and will have you back in Little River at approximately 5:15pm. 

You can choose this option when you enter via Event Plus OR purchase your bus ticket below.

Competitors are able to be dropped off at each race start line by private vehicle by 8:45am. Your driver MUST have the vehicle off Summit Road by 9:00am as the road is closed and we cannot start the race if there are any vehicles still on the road.
